ZipAppointments® is an independent appointment coordination platform that connects users with third-party service providers.
ZipAppointments®:

Does not provide the services listed on the platform

Does not collect payments from customers

Does not process transactions

Does not hold deposits or funds

Does not charge booking fees
ZipAppointments® acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate appointment coordination. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, performance, or outcomes of services provided by third-party service providers.
All payments, if required, are handled directly between the customer and the service provider.
Appointment Cancellations
Users may cancel an appointment through:

The cancel option is available in their booking dashboard, or
-
By contacting ZipAppointments® Customer Support (CST).
When a cancellation request is submitted, the user must provide a reason. Once submitted, the appointment is automatically marked as canceled in the system. ZipAppointments® does not impose cancellation penalties.
If a service provider has established specific cancellation rules, notice periods, or fees, those terms are determined and enforced solely by the provider. Any applicable charges remain the responsibility of the customer and the service provider.
Customers do not directly contact service providers for cancellation purposes; all coordination is managed through ZipAppointments®.
Payments
ZipAppointments® does not collect, process, receive, transmit, or store payments on behalf of customers or service providers.
If a service provider requires advance payment, deposit, or prepayment:

The provider communicates the requirement to the ZipAppointments® CST team.

The CST team relays the provider’s official payment instructions or authorized payment link to the customer.
All payments are made directly to the service provider using the provider’s designated payment method.
ZipAppointments® is not a payment processor, merchant of record, escrow service, or financial intermediary, and it does not collect or store any payment information.
Refunds
Because ZipAppointments® does not handle payments

All refund requests must be directed to the service provider.

Refund eligibility, timelines, approvals, and processing are determined solely by the provider’s policies.

ZipAppointments® does not issue, approve, process, or guarantee refunds.
ZipAppointments® is not liable for refund disputes between customers and service providers.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Fees
Any no-show fees, late cancellation penalties, or related charges are set and enforced exclusively by the service provider.
ZipAppointments® does not collect, manage, or enforce such fees.
Disputes & Limitation of Responsibility
Any disputes related to payments, refunds, cancellation charges, service quality, or provider conduct must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.
ZipAppointments® may assist with communication at its discretion, but does not act as a guarantor, insurer, mediator, or dispute resolution authority
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZipAppointments® disclaims liability arising from cancellation terms, refund decisions, payment disputes, or service-related claims.
