ZipAppointments® Terms of Service ("Terms")

ZipAppointments® is an online appointment coordination platform that enables users within the United States to schedule and manage appointments with independent third-party businesses.

We operate strictly as a booking facilitator.

We do not:

• Provide medical, legal, cosmetic, wellness, or other professional services
• Employ, control, supervise, or manage participating businesses
• Guarantee pricing, availability, quality, safety, legality, or service outcomes
• Act as an agent, representative, or partner of any business

All services are performed solely by independent third-party businesses. Any professional relationship is formed directly between the user and the selected business.

When a user submits a booking request through the platform:

• ZipAppointments® coordinates the appointment request with the selected business.
• Confirmation may be provided via email, SMS, or dashboard notification.
• Final appointment availability is subject to approval by the business.

ZipAppointments® does not guarantee appointment acceptance, time slot availability, or service completion.

How Users May Cancel or Reschedule

Users may cancel or reschedule appointments by:

• Clicking the Cancel Appointment option within their account dashboard, and
• Providing a cancellation reason when prompted, or
• Contacting ZipAppointments® Customer Support (CST) directly for assistance.

Once submitted through the platform, cancellations are processed automatically.

Users do not contact the service provider directly through the platform.

Business Cancellation Policies

Cancellation rules (including notice requirements, penalties, deposits, or no-show fees) apply only if the participating business has established and communicated a cancellation policy.

ZipAppointments®:

• Does not impose its own cancellation fees
• Does not create independent cancellation penalties
• Does not determine refund eligibility

Any cancellation-related charges are determined solely by the participating business.

ZipAppointments® does not process payments directly through its website.

In cases where advance payment, deposits, or prepayment are required:

• The participating business will communicate payment requirements to ZipAppointments® Customer Support.
• ZipAppointments® Customer Support may relay the business’s official payment instructions or payment link to the customer for convenience.

ZipAppointments®:

• Does not collect or store customer payment credentials
• Does not act as a payment processor
• Does not impose service fees or cancellation fees of its own
• Does not guarantee refunds

Any financial transaction occurs directly between the customer and the participating business.

Certain features of the platform require account registration. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

ZipAppointments® acts solely as a technology platform. Nothing in these Terms creates:

• Agency
• Joint venture
• Employment
• Franchise
• Fiduciary relationship

We do not:

• Negotiate service pricing
• Guarantee availability
• Control service quality
• Represent businesses in contractual matters

All obligations exist directly between the user and the participating business.

Platform-related disputes (e.g., technical functionality) are governed by the dispute resolution section below.

Users are responsible for ensuring submitted content complies with all laws.

By submitting content, you grant ZipAppointments® a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for operating the Services.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law:

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for business service outcomes, cancellations, pricing disputes, refunds, injuries, losses, or damages arising from third-party services
• All risks associated with business services remain with the user and the participating business

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZipAppointments®, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Disputes with participating businesses
• Infringement of third-party rights

User-Initiated Account Cancellation

• You may cancel your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support.
• After cancellation:
  • Platform access ends immediately
  • Businesses may retain appointment records per their policies
  • We may retain information as required by law

Our Right to Suspend or Terminate

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Security concerns
  • Legal compliance requirements
• Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
• All disputes arising from use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, except where small claims court jurisdiction applies.
• Arbitration includes a waiver of jury trial rights.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

• By using the Services, you consent to receive service-related communications.
• Marketing communications comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and applicable U.S. laws. You may opt out at any time.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised “Last Modified” date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and the ZipAppointments® is a registered trademark of Signature Profit LLC (Registration No. 8,212,756), registered on April 14, 2026, with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) under International Class 35 for appointment scheduling services. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or misuse of this trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ZipAppointments® regarding the Services.
